The general terms of Regionalt Pilegrimssenter Stiklestad AS (RPSS) are based on \u2018The Package Tour Act\u2019 of June 15, 2018 No. 32 and ‘General Terms for Package Travel’ of 01.07.2018 (prepared by The Norwegian Travel Trade Association and the ombudsman for Norwegian consumers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We reserve the right to alter the terms\nwhich may be affected by new EU-directives concerning package tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BOOKING AND PAYMENT<\/strong> The customer must always check that the received travel confirmation are in accordance with his\/her booking. In the case of any mistakes, RPSS must be contacted at the earliest possible date. See Cancellation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CANCELLATION<\/strong> For cancellations received 15 -29 calendar\ndays before the scheduled departure date a 60% cancellation fee will be\ncharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For cancellations received 7 -14 calendar\ndays before the scheduled departure date a 80% cancellation fee will be\ncharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For cancellations received within 7\ncalendar days before the scheduled departure date a 100% cancellation fee will\nbe charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We recommend you to check with you\ninsurance company if it is possible to purchase cancellation insurance (in case\nof illness before you leave for the tour) as well as a travel insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CANCELLATION BECAUSE OF ILLNESS<\/strong> TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/strong> We strongly recommend to all of our\nclients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet\nany contingencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CANCELLATION OF A TOUR<\/strong> When a tour is stopped, the traveller has the choice between a new tour or a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PRICES – CHANGE IN PRICES<\/strong> COMPLAINTS \/ PERIOD FOR SUBMITTING A\nCOMPLAINT<\/strong> RESERVATION CONCERNING CHANGES IN THE\nPROGRAM<\/strong> Regionalt Pilegrimssenter Stiklestad AS is member of The Travel Guarantee Fund (Reisegarantifondet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Booking and payment is done through our webshop. We do not send regular invoices to customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The traveler can cancel the tour before its commencement according to the following rules:
For cancellations received up to 30 calendar days before the scheduled departure, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance in case of illness combining it with your accident insurance. Check with your insurance company whether you already have valid cancel insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance, especially for the active tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A tour can be stopped by RPSS if:
– There are not enough participants (the minimum number of participants is stated under each tour). The cancellation of a tour is made by us at least a fortnight before its commencement.
– Conditions that RPSS has no way of controlling (force majeure), e.g. natural disasters, labour conflicts etc.
– Conditions at the destination or along the route that makes the trip risky to accomplish.

The prices include those services described under each tour. The basis of the prices is the price and tax level at the time of production. We reserve the right to change the prices in case of the introduction of new and\/ or unexpected regulations; price changes will not occur later then 30 days before the start of the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n<\/strong>Complaints in connection to accommodation,\nthe food etc. must be made immediately to the travel guide or to our office. If\nnot, the customer loses the right to assert his\/ her case. Furthermore, the\ncomplaint must be made before 1 month after returning home, unless there are\nparticular reasons that are understandable making it possible to extend the\nperiod of submitting the complaint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nWe reserve the right to alter the printed program. All such changes will be\nmade public by way of personal correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
