It is not possible to pass trough the construction areas. These alternative paths are both marked with pilgrim symbols.<\/p>\n<p>The first one is at Garnes, between Sul and Vuku.\u00a0Holmen bridge in Vuku is closed the whole summer. It opens in November 2018. Pilgrims have to walk the road via Steine between Sul and Vuku.\u00a0At Garnes, follow road 72 &#8211; Jamtlandsvegen &#8211; over the bridge, and then follow the road signs towards Stiklestad. The path passes under the railroad bridge. An alternative path is marked in the town, and on the map below.<br \/>\nWhen arriving from Stiklestad\/Sweden, after crossing the river, continue straight forward and follow the markings (the path usually goes under the bridge you just crossed, along the river and then under the railroad bridge). Turn left in the roundabout and continue on the sidewalk.
